House renovation
Renovation of private houses, including outdoor work and utilities on the plot.
A house has more variables than a flat: foundation, roof, standalone heating, septic tank, borehole. We check the load bearing structures and the utilities first, because finishing laid over damp walls or a leaking roof does not last even a year.
We work with houses inside the city and beyond it. For remote sites we calculate material logistics and crew accommodation in advance, so it does not surface as a surcharge halfway through.
Our approach
We split the work by season: outdoor work in warm weather, indoor work moved to the cold period. This does not stretch the schedule, it removes rework caused by weather.
