Plumbing works
Water and sewerage pipework, fixture installation, riser replacement.
We start by checking the pressure and the condition of the building risers. If pressure on the top floor is low, a neat pipework diagram will not help: a pump or a different connection scheme is needed.
Where it is justified we use manifold pipework: each point on its own line. If something fails, one point is shut off rather than the whole flat.
Our approach
Every joint is pressure tested and held under pressure before being covered by screed. A leak after the finishing costs more than the entire bathroom renovation.
