Working with developers

A developer does not need to build an in-house renovation department, look for tradesmen and deal with every buyer separately. We become a single contractor with one accountable lead: we develop the finishing concept, fix the quality standard and run the project from the first flat to warranty service.

What we handle

Serial finishing in White Box and turnkey formats, ready packages with a fixed scope, a concept in a single or individual style, show-flat finishing and material supply. After handover we stay in touch: we fix defects, run small repairs, plumbing and electrics, do cleaning before handover and warranty service.

Formats of cooperation

We work flexibly: a contract by volume (a section or a batch of flats), renovation as a sales option, a partner programme with the sales team, a show flat by agreement and after-handover service. We tailor the format to the specific complex.

How we work

We study the complex, layouts and finishing format, inspect the site and prepare two to four packages priced for typical flats. We do a pilot flat, approve the standard and materials, sign the contract and start work on schedule. Flats are handed over by checklist with a photo report, then we provide warranty service.

Timing and guarantees

First reply within a working day, package pricing in 24-36 hours, a site visit by agreement. We work in Yerevan and across Armenia. All work follows the estimate and written supplementary agreements, with acts, checklists per flat and a 365-day guarantee.
