Independent renovation check and acceptance

When the renovation was done by another company or a private crew, it is hard to tell whether everything is done well and what you are paying for. We come as an independent party, inspect the site by checklist and give a clear report with photos and a list of defects.

Those whose renovation was done by another company or private crew, who accept a finished flat from a developer, prepare for a final settlement with a contractor or are simply unsure of the quality.

What we check

Walls, floors and ceilings, geometry and planes, tiles and porcelain stoneware, doors and windows, electrical points and lighting, plumbing, leaks and sealing, finishing joints, compliance with the project and estimate, and unfinished or paid-but-undone work.

How we work

We take the request, come to the site, inspect by checklist with photos and prepare a report with a defect list and recommendations. On request we re-check after the issues are fixed.

Timing and guarantees

A visit within a working day, a report in 24-48 hours. We work in Yerevan and across Armenia. We are independent: we did not do this renovation, so we assess impartially and back every remark with a photo.

What you get
