Rental property maintenance

Between tenants a flat needs to be put in order quickly, and small faults pile up over time and lower both the look and the rent. We take this on: we inspect the flat, record its condition with photos and carry out the whole list, while you get a rent-ready property and a clear cost report.

What we handle

Inspection after a tenant leaves and a defect list, minor cosmetic repairs, spot painting and wallpaper, plumbing and leak fixing, electrics, door and window adjustment, furniture and fittings repair, sealing, cleaning and preparing the flat for a new tenant. We buy and deliver materials ourselves and send a photo report for each job.

How we work

On the first visit we create a flat passport and record its condition. Then we take a request from you or the tenant, come out, agree extra work if needed and send a photo report, an act and a cost report.
